Introduction

A mixed-use project designed as a focus for the regeneration of the town centre and waterfront at Whitstable in Kent, with a new square, art gallery and performance facilities, incorporating residential and commercial accommodation. The masterplan builds on the town's strong artistic identity to provide a vibrant mix of uses. It was awarded second place.
