Situated on the prime central location of the University of Southampton's Highfield Campus, this landmark building accommodates indoor sporting activities to International standards including a six lane 25 metre swimming pool, an eight Court badminton hall and a 450m2 fitness centre to accommodate a wide range of cardio-vascular machines, weight stack equipment and free weights. The sports and swimming pool halls are designed with spectator seating to host national and international competitions.

The new £7.5 million building also features a large reception area, a café and offices for staff.

The elegantly curved building will be fully landscaped to blend sympathetically with the surrounding campus architecture. Glass frontage along the length of the pool provides views through the building, bringing the surrounding streets to life.
