| Rick Mather is re-apointed as a Trustee for a period of three years from 31 October 2005 Rick Mather is the founder of Rick Mather Architects, a firm with a considerable number of award winning projects in the cultural and academic sector.Recently completed work includes the Sloane Robinson Building at Keble College, Oxford, the extension to and renovations of the Dulwich Picture Gallery, the National Maritime Museum, the Wallace Collection, and the Royal Horticultural Society. Current projects include masterplans for London's South Bank Centre and the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. Work is also underway on the New Towner Gallery in Eastbourne and a new Design Academy for John Moores University, Liverpool. He was selected from an international field of competitors
to plan and design a major expansion and renovation of the Virginia Museum
of Fine Arts in Richmond(USA). He has previously served on the Councils
of the Architectural Association and the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Rick is a Trustee of the British Architectural Library Trust (2004 to
date) 7 October 2005
