Camden Council has granted planning permission for the final part of our plans to transform the Centre Point complex at Tottenham court road, creating a new world class destination in time for the completion of Crossrail in 2018.

Camden has approved this latest application for the addition of an infill area of retail space below the link bridge to complete a new pedestrianised square within the complex helping to define and establish the new public realm.

The whole £350m transformation, which has already started on site, will include the conversion of the grade II listed 34-storey tower into residential units, 13 on-site affordable homes, shops and restaurants, vastly improved public realm, and repairs to the building's facade.
